To request a return, contact us by email, [email protected], with your order number prior to sending the product(s) back. COMMENCAL CANADA staff will pre-authorize the return.

The request must be made within 30 days from the shipment date. The product(s) must be returned within 30 days of return approval.

Items must be in new, unused conditions with all original tags and packaging. The product(s) will be inspected by COMMENCAL CANADA at reception and will be assessed for any damage. If product(s) are damaged upon arrival, the customer will be responsible for the product(s) cost.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping to COMMENCAL CANADA. Original shipping fees paid will not be refunded. The refund amount will be applied to the original payment method used for the order.

Be sure to include your original order number and name in the return package.

Please note a 5% return handling fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
